Not sure how many kW, but they will confirm it soon and will update the information. Restaurant and parking are open 7 days a week from 10.00 till 22.00. Charging is free, and parking free for 2 hours. (they have to, since they are located at the Rotterdam-The Hague Airport, to avoid people parking there free for days)
