You should be ask for a checkin of internal charger (Cameleon) from Renault. An update is maybe necessary.

I also checked if it could be a Travelcard problem, but both my other cards (ANWB and Chargemap) also did not work.

Not being able to charge does not mean the charger is out of order. Other cars were charging while I could not. I had this problem with several chargers to a point where I start to believe there is a hidden agenda of either my Renault Zoe or the charge network to release the charge. In any case it does not always charge my car battery when I ask for it.
